"This bastard judicial system is so corrupt," Ellen Mariani wrote me the other day. "But the 9-11 people want the truth behind these murders.

"I am not giving up. These murderers just keep on lying more and more. It will break open one day not too far in the future," she said.

I also received a press release from Bruce Leichty about how the now notorious Zionist 9-11 judge, Alvin K. Hellerstein, had "slammed" Mariani.

I was wondering if we would hear anything about the Ambrose vs. American Airlines, Inc. et al case that had been scheduled to begin on November 5, 2007. I searched the newspapers of the world in NewsBank and did not find a single article about Hellerstein's order revealing that the Ambrose case had been settled out of court.

The entire 9-11 litigation is meant NOT to be seen or understood by the American public. The media is intentionally not reporting about the developments in the courtroom of Hellerstein. They are in cahoots to make the 9-11 litigation go away. I have never seen such outrageous treatment of so many high-profile cases, but it is clear that the judge has his orders to bury these cases one way or another............
Upon looking into the court papers, I saw that the Ambrose case was settled and that Hellerstein had issued an order on November 1 that it and two other cases had been settled and had been dropped from the court calendar for November 5. The next status hearing is in the first week of 2008. By then I suppose all the cases will have been settled and the 9-11 litigation laid to rest..........
As I have said all along, the court of Alvin K. Hellerstein is not interested in delivering justice to the victims of 9-11 -- he is bound and determined to bury all of the 9-11 litigation without a single case going to trial. This is an outrage that the American people need to know about. If American were not so mesmerized by the television nonsense they might actually do something about this travesty of justice - which affects every American, NOT just the 9-11 victims.

New York, NY (11/16/07)--Ellen Mariani is vowing to appeal a November federal court order preventing her from having a direct role in the 9/11 wrongful death action arising from her husband's murder on United Airlines Flight 175, which was hijacked and flown into the World Trade Center more than six years ago.

The November 5 order of Judge Alvin Hellerstein has temporarily derailed Mariani's attempt to challenge the mysterious settlement of her deceased husband's claims against United Airlines, says California attorney Bruce Leichty. But Leichty says his advocacy on behalf of Mariani's interests has just begun, and that Hellerstein's order shows blatant prejudice against the 9/11 widow.

"This New York federal court is supposed to be one of the most distinguished in the nation," says Leichty, "but it doesn't take any more than a glance at this order to see its utter intellectual bankruptcy, and one could reasonably suspect that the true motivation for the order is to suppress Ellen
Mariani's ongoing efforts on behalf of 9/11 truth."

Mariani retained Leichty in September 2007 to advise her on a tangled legacy of ineffective and disloyal legal counsel and to protect her remaining interests as both a beneficiary of her husband's estate and a 9/11 truth advocate, she says.

Shortly after she retained Leichty, Mariani was informed that the claims of her husband's Estate had been settled without her participation, says Leichty. "The timing was very curious," says Leichty. "Judge Hellerstein also took the unusual steps of closing both the case that Ellen had filed in 2001 -- the first wrongful death case filed against the airlines after 9/11 -- and the case that had been filed by her stepdaughter, Lauren Peters."

These two cases were closed subject to the condition that any party who objected by October 31 could ask the judge to restore them to his calendar, notes Leichty. When Mariani objected, however, she was rebuffed.

Federal court cases are usually not "closed" at all until there is either a judgment or a dismissal, which can be entered after a settlement, says Leichty. But Leichty says neither a judgment nor a dismissal was entered in the most active of the two Mariani cases that Judge Hellerstein closed.

"When I saw the Judge's order closing these two cases and spoke with Ellen, and I realized that she had not been provided any details on a settlement, we both smelled a rat," Leichty says. He says he recognized that Judge Hellerstein might not regard Mariani as a party in her deceased husband's action. She is a beneficiary of her husband's Estate, but the administrator of that Estate has the responsibility for litigating her late husband's claims.

Leichty says he prepared a motion, which was filed on October 31 with the cooperation of New York lawyer Carl E. Person, to explicitly make Mariani a party in the pending New York 9/11 litigation. That motion for intervention was backed up by Mariani's testimony about how Mariani was deprived of a voice in the litigation in 2004, and by evidence that Mariani's own claim for her loss of spousal consortium had nonetheless survived intact and needed to be protected by direct intervention by Mariani.

But Hellerstein on November 5 ruled that the intervention motion would be denied on the sole ground that Mariani was not a party........

Bush-Linked Company Handled Security for the WTC, Dulles and United

George W. Bush's brother was on the board of directors of a company providing electronic security for the World Trade Center, Dulles International Airport and United Airlines, according to public records. The company was backed by an investment firm, the Kuwait-American Corp., also linked for years to the Bush family.

The security company, formerly named Securacom and now named Stratesec, is in Sterling, Va.. Its CEO, Barry McDaniel, said the company had a ``completion contract" to handle some of the security at the World Trade Center ``up to the day the buildings fell down."

It also had a three-year contract to maintain electronic security systems at Dulles Airport, according to a Dulles contracting official. Securacom/Stratesec also handled some security for United Airlines in the 1990s, according to McDaniel, but it had been completed before his arriving on the board in 1998.

McDaniel confirmed that the company has security contracts with the Department of Defense, including the U.S. Army, but did not detail the nature of the work, citing security concerns. It has an ongoing line with the General Services Administration - meaning that its bids for contracts are noncompetitive - and also did security work for the Los Alamos laboratory before 1998.

Marvin P. Bush, the president's youngest brother, was a director at Stratesec from 1993 to fiscal year 2000. But the White House has not publicly disclosed Bush connections in any of its responses to 9/11, nor has it mentioned that another Bush-linked business had done security work for the facilities attacked.

Marvin Bush joined Securacom when it was capitalized by the Kuwait-American Corporation, a private investment firm in D.C. that was the security company's major investor, sometimes holding a controlling interest. Marvin Bush has not responded to telephone calls and e-mails for comment.

KuwAm has been linked to the Bush family financially since the Gulf War. One of its principals and a member of the Kuwaiti royal family, Mishal Yousef Saud al Sabah, served on the board of Stratesec.

The managing director at KuwAm, Wirt D. Walker III, was also a principal at Stratesec, and Walker, Marvin Bush and al Sabah are listed in SEC filings as significant shareholders in both companies during that period.

Marvin Bush's last year on the board at Stratesec coincided with his first year on the board of HCC Insurance, formerly Houston Casualty Co., one of the insurance carriers for the WTC. He left the HCC board in November 2002.

But none of these connections has been looked at during the extensive investigations since 9/11. McDaniel says principals and other personnel at Stratesec have not been questioned or debriefed by the FBI or other investigators. Walker declined to answer the same question regarding KuwAm, referring to the public record.

Walker is also chairman and CEO of Aviation General, a Tulsa, Okla.-based aviation company with two subsidiaries. SEC filings also show al Sabah as a principal and shareholder in Aviation General, which was recently delisted by the Nasdaq. Stratesec was delisted by the American Stock Exchange in October 2002.

The suite in which Marvin Bush was annually re-elected, according to public records, is located in the Watergate in space leased to the Saudi government. The company now holds shareholder meetings in space leased by the Kuwaiti government there. The White House has not responded to various requests for comment.

Speaking of the Watergate, Riggs National Bank, where Saudi Princess Al-Faisal had her ``Saudi money trail" bank account, has as one of its executives Jonathan Bush, an uncle of the president. The public has not learned whether Riggs - which services 95 percent of Washington's foreign embassies - will be turning over records relating to Saudi finance.

Meanwhile, Bush has nominated William H. Donaldson to head the Securities and Exchange Commission. Donaldson, a longtime Bush family friend, was a Yale classmate of Jonathan Bush.

On the very day of the tragic space shuttle crash, the government appointed an independent investigative panel, and rightly so. Why didn't it do the same on Sept. 12, 2001?

.....In spring 1999, Marvin Pierce Bush, youngest brother of George W. Bush, was a nominee for the boards of directors of two companies, both with a significant interest in security at the World Trade Center. One was HCC Insurance, formerly Houston Casualty Company, a giant holding company and major insurance carrier for the center. The other was a security company named Stratesec, one of the center's numerous security contractors.

Bush, however, did not list his directorship at Stratesec on the proxy statement for HCC, and did not list his connections with HCC on the proxy statement for Stratesec.

According to officials at the Securities and Exchange Commission and other experts, listing other directorships is required in proxy statements for directors and officers of public companies......
