Blatant attempts at creating an environment to disrupt the chance for a fair tally did not move forward from improving on and learning from Florida2000.

-stalling the attempts to have machines with paper trails
-making it difficult and messing with registration, weight of the paper used etc

-chicanery with provisional ballots, which were not counted and disprportionately used

we should refuse to participate in any more suspect elections and should have possibly had a people's referendum to cancel this one, as fraud was expected because no effort was made since Florida to cleanse this corruption racket.
